Spillian on a Plate on Hiatus, Returning Later This Winter.

 

Our apologies! We began the latest Spillian on a Plate series with a fabulous Asian dinner by Chef Christopher Mcgee, and were gearing up for several more...but we're going to put a hold on them until after the new year. We suddenly have several weeklong rentals popping up over the next few weeks and are realizing that we aren't going to consistently have space available. So look for these to resume once deep, dark winter has arrived!

Join us for the return of our Wednesday night dinner series, Spillian on a Plate!

We're really excited to announce that our Wednesday night dinner series is returning beginning the first week in November...this time around, six evenings, each celebrating the theme of one of Spillian's rooms, from the splendid Chef Chris McGee. Featuring divine tastes from Burnett Farms in Bovina.

• The Lotus: a zen pan-Asian dinner, Spillian style
•Jules Verne: seafood from leagues under the sea
• Klimt: an arty Austrian celebration with spaetzle & schniztel
• Secret Garden: the magic of Yorkshire gardens
• Scheherazade: a Persian fantasy
• Camelot: a winter's medieval feast
