Whether you are a first time student or a yogi with an advanced practice, Eric will guide you into a deeper understanding and experience of the proper alignment of foundational poses
Trained at Joschi Yoga Institute, Eric is a dedicated yogi, an accomplished dancer and a compassionate and patient teacher.
