The Catskill Scoop reported around 2:15pm that emergency crews were dispatched to Hasbrouck Road in the Sullivan County hamlet of Woodbourne, which had been completely flooded out. Their website has several photos of the flooded road.

At 3:34pm, the National Weather Service in Albany issued a flood advisory for an area that includes parts of Greene and Ulster Counties, including the city of Catskill, until 9:30pm:
