The Delaware County Department of Emergency Services announced recently that people affected by this weekend's flooding in Sidney Center might be eligible for help from the county:
Sidney Center Residents who were affected by the flood may be eligible for assistance through the Delaware County Social Services Department. Affected individuals are encouraged to contact the Delaware County Social Services Department at 607-832-5300 or apply in person at 111 main St, Delhi starting Monday morning at 08:30 a.m. to see if you are eligible for assistance.
Residents who have questions regarding mold, well water testing and other how to cleanup information should contact the Delaware County Health Department at 607-832-5200.
Clean up kits are available at the Sidney Center Fire Station.
