[Larry] Guyette, who has a prior conviction from Suffolk County for first-degree attempted sexual abuse, was additionally charged with failure to verify address as sex offender — elevated to a class D felony for a prior offense, being a fugitive from justice, false personation, giving a false written statement, second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order and third-degree bail jumping.
