The Town of  Gilboa is submitting a Community Development Block Grant housing rehab application in February, 2015.

If your household income is at or below:

1 person $43,900

2 people  $50,510

3 people $56,400

4 people $62,650

you are eligible to apply for CDBG funds.

If your household income meets these requirements & you need work done on your roof, electricity, plumbing, heating system, foundation, septic or well, call Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council, Inc.  at 607-652-2823, ext. 107 for more information.
