Stephanie Fletcher, a 29-year-old who is accused of engaging in sex acts with students while she was a teacher at Walton Central School in 2011 and 2012, admitted to some of the crimes as part of a plea deal on Thursday, Dec. 4, according to the Walton Reporter:
[Fletcher] admitted that she performed oral sex on two male victims, who were less than 17 years old, in Delaware County Court this afternoon. Fletcher was indicted most recently on March 6, charged with two counts of third-degree rape and four counts of third-degree criminal sexual act. She admitted to engaging in oral sexual conduct with two different underage individuals in January 2011 and March 2012 in the village of Walton and the town of Tompkins. She told the court that she had "oral to penis" contact with the victims "for her own or someone else's gratification." Allegations that she raped the victims will be dismissed at sentencing as part of the negotiated plea agreement.
