The principal of the Phoenicia Elementary School, who was removed from her post without explanation in February, has been reinstated by the Onteora School District.
A letter was sent to parents in the Onteora district today by superintendent Phyllis McGill, announcing that Phoenicia principal Linda Sella had been returned to her former job as of Wednesday, August 7. No explanation was given as to why Sella was suspended six months ago, or why she was being reinstated now.
