The Times Herald-Record reports that 23-year-old Marvin Perry, a registered Level 3 sex offender who was convicted in 2006 of sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy, has been charged with the unlawful imprisonment and rape of a woman in a Liberty motel room on Sunday.
According to his profile on the New York State sex offender registry, Perry was serving a sentence of 10 years of probation for the 2006 conviction.
