Kerry Henderson, one of the organizers of the Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice, emailed us yesterday to let us know that Main Street Phoenicia is now lined with banners designed by Harvey Konigsberg and a bunch of local schoolkids. He sent us these photos to prove it. It's now just a month until the festival goes live.
