The Ulster County Sheriff's Office is reporting that its deputies arrested two men in Port Ewen early this morning for making "loud and unreasonable" noise and then breaking and attempting to steal a decorative tugboat.
Robert Wiltshire and Mark Stanzione were arrested on Broadway around 2am, after deputies reportedly watched Stanzione strike "a decorative display (small tug boat) that was placed there by the town of Esopus."
