If the four North Carolinians hadn't been busted in Kingston, that is. The Times Herald-Record reports that a carful of alleged drug-possessers were relieved of a rather large amount of hallucinatory booty on Saturday:
The four, all in their 20s and 30s, were driving a Honda CRV through Kingston when they were pulled over. State police said they discovered 950 hits of LSD and more than 1 pound of the mushrooms. The drugs were stashed in the passenger’s pockets, pocketbooks and throughout the car.
950 hits of acid? A few grand worth of shrooms? Where could they possibly have been going?
State police said the four planned to get high at a concert in Delaware County.
In not-necessarily-related news, there was a pretty big concert in Delaware County last weekend.
