Youngsville resident Robert Roach allegedly tried to hold up a pharmacy in Jeffersonville this afternoon with a baseball bat, only to discover that he'd tangled with the wrong pharmacist. From the Times Herald-Record:
Deputies say that Robert Roach, 55, entered Jeff Pharmacy on Route 52 wearing a ski mask and waving a baseball bat about 2:45 p.m. Roach demanded drugs, but fled in a green Chevrolet pickup when the pharmacist, a retired corrections officer, drew a gun.
