KINGSTON -- HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley Chief Executive Officer David Scarpino will speak at 10 a.m. Thursday to the public and Ulster County clergy about healthcare changes and how HealthAlliance is preparing for the future.
The free hourlong talk will take place at an Ulster County Religious Council public meeting at Temple Emanuel, 243 Albany Ave. in Kingston.
Light refreshments will be served.
