Warmed maple syrup for your pancakes!

It was so much fun last month celebrating the maple syrup harvest, we are doing it again. The sap flow and boiling is over, lines are being cleaned and equipment put away for next year. It's surely spring now! Time just to enjoy the harvest. Our neighbors, the Cook Family Farm, produce this fine syrup, from trees on this mountain, including ours.
Please let us know if you plan to come! We're planning pancakes, French toast bread pudding, eggs, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, quiche, blackberry cobbler ... all kinds of tasty stuff! We'll open at 10am, not our usual 11am. And stay open, serving to 3.
If I get interrupted by lambs being born at the barn, I may need to run out, but the staff can carry on! You may have met one of our interns, Anna, but you can get to meet Mark, our new intern who started last week.
