Bloody Mary Shrimp Skewers by Ate O Ate Catering
The Longwoods Business Association held its bi-monthly business-to-business mixer at the Orphic Gallery on Tuesday, October 23rd. Fine company, fine wines but exceptionally fine hors d'œuvres expertly prepped and served by Roxbury's exquisite new catering venture - Ate O Ate Catering. Representatives of Town of Roxbury businesses mingled throughout the evening admiring the photos of Peter Stupar who was at the gallery to provide the backstory of his extraordinary exhibit. Among the enterprises represented were MTC, WIOX, The Roxbury Motel, Alta Log Homes, Mulder Home Performance, and Catskill Weddings. As intended at an LWBA mixer, there was considerable networking among the mirth and merriment. But you know the evening is an indubitable success when the lavish spread steals the show. Kudos to all at the LWBA and MARK Project who coordinated the event especially Peg Ellsworth, Paster Dot and Jill Ribich.
