Coriander crab cake with corn salsa and avocado aioli,                 
Chard and chickpea empanada with spicy harissa and tomato feta,  
Chicken pancetta balls with toasted poblano polenta and romesco,       
Five cheese ravioli with eggplant caponata and basil oil,
