The Arc of Delaware County’s person-centered Residential Program is seeking staff to teach and support residents to become as independent as possible in their living environment, make good choices, become good citizens and meaningful members of their community while offering meticulous attention to each person in line with their desires.
A variety of direct support positions are available, including full time, half time, part time, and substitute in our Walton, Hamden, and Delhi residences.
High School Diploma required; experience supporting people with disabilities preferred. Valid NYS Driver’s License is required with an acceptable driving record.
