Bovina Community Hall
Saturday, April 25th from 5pm - 8pm
Join us for an evening of friendly competition and good food as the Bovina Historical Society members compete with their crock pot dishes. Sample dishes in five categories: Meat, Vegetarian, Side, Chili, and Dessert, then cast your vote in each category. Beverages will be provided and you are welcome to BYOB. With your meal enjoy bread from Bread Fellows and coffee from Fosterbuilt Bikes and Homed-Fired Coffee.
There will also be a bake sale and raffles from local businesses like Little Delaware Pottery, Catskill Food Company, Bovina Valley Farm, Bovina Syrup and artwork from local artist Steve Burnett.
All You Can Sample $10 for Adults, $5 Children
All proceeds will go to Russell's Store for necessary renovations and repairs. Russell's Store, a landmark of the Bovina community since 1819, is in need of major repairs and renovations. We are currently working to raise $33,000 for needed repairs and improvement. Projects needed include weatherization, gas pump, appliances and more.
