The Lexington Farmers Market season begins on Saturday, May 24 and continues every other Saturday through October 25. Market hours are 10 AM- 12 PM. The market is located on Route 42 (accessible from Routes 23A in Lexington or Route 28 in Shandaken). Diverse offerings include mushrooms, cheese, Black Angus beef, grass-fed and pastured lamb, pork and poultry, eggs, conventionally grown and organic produce, garlic, herbal soaps and sundries, maple syrup and products, cut flowers and potted perennials and herbs, baked goods and takeaway foods.
