October 2013 Roxbury Library Association Tuesday Forum Program

On Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at 1:00 p.m., at the Roxbury Library, Diane
Galusha, author of LIQUID ASSETS: THE STORY OF NEW YORK CITY'S WATER
SYSTEM, will discuss the creation of the Pepacton Reservoir.

Ms. Galusha is Communications Director and Education Coordinator of the
Catskill Watershed Corporation, the non-profit local development
corporation that offers many environmental protection, economic
development, and education programs in the Catskill-Delaware-NYC
Watershed. She is the author of five books focusing on local and regional
history, is President of the Historical Society of the Town of Middletown,
and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Woodchuck Lodge, the Roxbury
home of naturalist John Burroughs.

Regular RLA Tuesday Forum attendees will provide refreshments following
Ms. Galusha's presentation.

The Roxbury Library Association welcomes the public to all RLA Tuesday
Forum programs, activities, and gatherings, which are free of charge.
