On August 29th from 4p.m. – 8p.m. we will be celebrating our residents and area with the 2nd Annual Community Picnic, commemorating the two-year anniversary of Hurricane Irene which brought our community together in such a positive way. This community-wide party is being planned and coordinated by the event committee for all of our celebrations this year, including the 250th Anniversary of Middletown’s settlement and the 100th Anniversary of the Incorporation of Fleischmanns as a village.

Sam’s, La Cabana, Mi Lupita and Ate O Ate will be offering a variety of delicious picnic style foods, most for $10 and under, and the Fleischmanns’ Fire Department will be selling hot dogs for $1.00 to benefit the FD. The Fleischmanns’-Pine Hill Rotary will be serving ice cream. There will be vintage baseball, live music, and vintage games for children led by Bill Birns. The Catskill Mt. Artisan’s Guild will be doing crafts with the kids from 4-6 PM. Please join us!
