The print 2015 Catskills Food Guide is hot off the presses. This year, the guide features articles about farm-made pasta in Roscoe, Bavarian dining in Greene County, the growing Catskills cider industry, how to visit a local chocolate factory, the exploding farm-to-table scene, our favorite new Catskills restaurants and much more.
New this year is the Catskills Food and Drinks Map pull-out map, which list 22 local beverage makers and 49 local farms that welcome visitors. We also have three different covers for the guide, which will be revealed periodically as the seasons change.
