A Band Of Lake Effect Snow Impacting Parts Of The Mohawk Valley And The Northern Catskills Until 11 AM... A Narrow Band Of Lake Effect Snow Will Impact Locations From Interstate 90 In Montgomery And Western Schenectady Counties South To The Interstate 88 Corridor In Northern Schoharie And Northwestern Albany Counties Between 9 AM And 11 AM. Visibilities Will Lower Under A Half Mile In The Snow. Accumulations Will Range From A Quarter Inch To An Inch And Half. There Will Be Blowing And Drifting Snow With The Northwest Winds Of 15 To 30 Mph With Some Gusts In The 40 To 50 Mph Range.
