The Ulster County Sheriff's Office reports that 31-year-old Hurley resident Angelo Stephano has been charged with stealing a picnic table from the Spring Lake Fire Department. Sheriff's deputies say that the picnic table was found with its four corners and attached benches cut off.
Stephano faces charges of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree and criminial mischief in the fourth degree, both class A misdemeanors. He was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Ulster Court on Wednesday, April 25 at 2pm.
