Laurence M. Krause, a 48-year-old Pine Bush resident, was arrested on Saturday, August 20 and charged with the forcible touching of a 16-year-old boy in Shawangunk.

On August 20th, 2011, the members of the New York State Police, Troop F, at SP Ellenville, announce the arrest of a subject for forcible touching occurring at a residence located in the Town of Shawangunk N.Y.
Arrested was LAURENCE M. KRAUSE, age 48, of 56 Indian Trail, Pine Bush, New York. KRAUSE was charged with two counts of Forcible Touching, a Misdemeanor.
The investigation indicated that KRAUSE touched the genitals of a sixteen year old male who was at the Krause residence. The investigation further revealed that KRAUSE had sexual contact with the same boy on a separate occasion in 2010.
KRAUSE was arrested, processed and then arraigned before Town Justice Kevin Hunt in the Town of Shawangunk Court and was released on his own recognizance to reappear in the Town of Shawangunk Court on November 14th at 7:00 p.m.
