Bedbugs: They're not just for Brooklyn anymore.
The Freeman reports today that a few bedbugs have been found at the Kingston police department, and that the officers are hiring a canine consultant to sniff around for more.
A bedbug sniffing dog is being deployed to the Kingston Police Department after two more of the parasitic insects were found in the headquarters, according to Police Chief Gerald Keller.
Keller said one bug was found by officers Friday morning and another on Thursday.
On the bright side, Kingston could probably use a few new tools in the crime-deterring department. The fear of getting bedbugs from your arresting officer? Genuinely terrifying.
