The Times Herald-Record's Jeremiah Horrigan waxes epic in his story about 91-year-old Ellenville mogul Harry Resnick, who once ran a 7,000-person company -- Channel Master -- out of a now-vacant plant in the village. Seeing Ellenville through the eyes of mid-century master of industry is an unexpected sorrow:
He still can't quite believe the former Channel Master plant, which was most recently the home of Imperial Schrade Co., still lies empty after six years.
"A million square feet of space I built, and it's empty!"
