The New York Post has caught deposed state senator Hiram Monserrate still using his old senate parking pass. Stories like these are why God gave us tabloids:
Former state Sen. Monserrate (D-Queens) is still using his state-issued parking placard -- six months after he was booted out of the Legislature for assaulting his girlfriend.
... The Post caught the silver 2009 Honda belonging to the scandal-scarred Monserrate -- who is currently running for an Assembly seat in Queens -- with the official placard on the dashboard.
